Colorful acrylic rings are the new vibe right now; I’ve been seeing colorful chunky rings all over my Instagram feed. Bella Hadid, Emma Chamberlain, and Devon Carlson are just a few of the people rocking this trend. The big brand selling these bad boys right now is La Manso. This is where Bella Hadid gets hers, but unfortunately, they’re a bit on the pricier side. You can still find similar ones on Etsy for a wallet-friendly option. I’ll add some links down below if you’re interested!
Personally, this gives me very early 2000’s Limited Too. I have vivid memories of being a 7-year-old girl losing my mind over accessories there and wanting these colorful bubbly rings, and I’m so happy they’re back. These rings add a little bit of spice to any outfit. You can match these rings accordingly to whatever you’re wearing that day, especially with colors. Say you’re wearing orange pants and you have a matching orange ring on, boom, outfit immediately elevated. This is such a different way to accessorize too, I might add. I feel like we have moved past the need to only wear gold or silver. Adding these rings to your collection adds a pop of color to any outfit. I love the idea of wearing a really plain outfit with these bright colorful rings. They look sick with a crazy outfit that has a bunch of different patterns and colors. Mixing and matching is what makes fashion exciting. Let’s keep it exciting!!
I’m really looking forward to incorporating this trend into some of my outfits. Comment down below if you will too ;)

One of the biggest fashion trends this winter season was sweater vests. Sweater vests exploded in the fashion world as we quickly saw them everywhere on Instagram, titok, and YouTube. Part of the reason why they became such a sensation was because they were such an amazing way to elevate your look. Turtleneck and jeans? Just add a sweater vest to ramp up it up. They even looked amazing with tennis skirts, which was a great way to combine our summer trends with our winter faves this season.
This first sweater vest is arguably the most popular of the season. This houndstooth oversized look was on everyone's Instagram feed this year and for good reason. The black and white print was a great way to not be too overpowering, while still making a statement with your outfit. The vest paired with an oversized button up and mini skirt is my personal favorite way to style this look.
This second sweater vest is styled with jeans and a top, in one of our favorite colors this season; brown! This brown cable knit sweater vest is a great way to combine two of the hottest trends right now, and with a pair of jeans you’re good to go.
The third and final sweater vest look was styled by one of our favorite influencers, Emma Chamberlain. This look with the collared top and black bottoms looks amazing, and the bright colored vest is a great way to make a statement. The best part about this look is that the vest can be recycled for this spring and summer.
The best sites to shop for sweater vests are Princess Polly, Brandy Melville, Pacsun, GreyBandit, and NastyGal. That’s all we have for this week, can’t wait to see you guys next week when we talk about trends!
how to upgrade your basic blue jeans

From low rise to high waisted, skinny to straight, and bootcut to flare, jean styles are constantly evolving. This spring, printed denim can elevate a simple outfit to appear more put together while still creating interest. Patterns, prints, and textures are appealing to the eye and dress up your denim. Whether you like to source your jeans from another country, buy them second hand, or make them yourself, there are patterned jeans for everyone.

Besides purchasing a pair to stay on trend, it is also easy to revamp an old pair of jeans by sewing on a few patches from your local art store, or bleaching areas, dying a pattern, and even covering them with paint. Thank you for reading and see you next week!
How you can put your most stylish foot forward while helping the earth

This winter season staying sustainable, cozy, and warm doesn’t mean sacrificing style. The cold is not for everyone, myself included. Coats, sweaters, and jackets are there to keep us all warm and cozy. If you’re like me then you’re always scrolling through Pinterest or Instagram ogling the newest fuzzy sweaters and coats of the season. Yet there’s something that stops you from filling your online shopping carts. I think about how many times I’ll wear that sweater or how good the quality is. My hope is that it won’t end up in a landfill by the end of the year. So how can I prevent that from happening? I can find more sustainable, ethical alternatives, which may seem like a headache. But here are some of the top winter outerwear trends of the season, with a sustainable twist.
Style and warmth don’t have to be compromised when choosing sustainable and ethical fashion. Stay warm out there and see you next week!
